Quadrant 1 covering, I used aluminium paper that was painted in flat black for panels 30A and 30B and red brick metallic paint for the HGA cover, the UNITED STATES marking comes from the coating pattern. The coating pattern aslo shows the shingling which will decide which blanket you need to apply first.
