The outer shell of the Command Module is completely covered with aluminized film. A red strip (made out of red electrical tape, 0.5 mm wide)  is placed at the limits between the parachute compartment, the outer shell and the heat shield. The grey circle between the outer shell and the heat shield is a decal printed on white paper and available here.
